7 more months and then I can read your recommendations but until then I must read text books. You need to stop tempting me to read other things.

I am also fascinated by the witch trials and to learn a little history while being entertained is the best. I just put this book on hold at my local library.

I finished this book a few days ago. It has stayed on my mind, which is strange because I really couldn't connect with Alice. Maybe knowing that this isn't the 'real' Alice Nutter of history. (I don't understand why the author gave her that name if she wasn't based on Alice.) Maybe it was too horrible to let myself be drawn in. Maybe I'm just too caught up in my own world right now! But I appreciate the recommendation. I always enjoy branching out a little bit in my reading.
