Jennifer Ross

Love this..my goal is to keep running and run for joy..just to be outside and be moving!

Hi Amy, I love your post! Running is so much more than just a form of exercise, it's a way of life. I have the same running goal as you do, to run until I die!

Yes! There is this one older lady I see almost every time I'm out with the stroller - not only is she out there running every day, rain or shine, but she always has this huge smile on her face. She's such an inspiration to me. I ran my first race this fall and several people along the course commented on the fact that I looked so happy, and I think that made me even more proud than the fact that I finished and actually ran the whole thing (I hadn't trained, so I assumed I would have to walk at some point).

Oh, and any race around Escalante is bound to be gorgeous!

Great hearing your running journey and congratulations on all of your accomplishments! I started running 4 years ago, and I definitely want to run for the rest of my life!
