Great review on the Host. I agree with your thoughts on the message of the book. I enjoyed it also. Take care

iTunes (may we never speak their name again) – has a playlist called Running through the 80’s & I liked almost everything I tested.

Also, I download workouts at iTrain - they're very, very motivating to me & I think they have some type of free trial for a month to try them.

Good luck!

You said you were anti mac so you may not like itunes, but there is a free podcast called Podrunner and they have BPM workout mixes for runners and joggers.

Some of my favorites on my mp3:

Head on, Jesus and Mary Chain
Read my Mind, the Killers
I alone, Live
Chasing Cars (it starts out slow, but when the music builds & I picture Izzy from GA coming down to tell the chief she cut Denny's wire...Oh, I love it!)
All these things that i've done, the killers
And, of course, Pour some sugar on me, Def Leopard

Good luck finding songs! If you get some good ones, let me know what works. ;)

thanks for the podrunner suggestion! I've loaded up my ipod and I'm off.

How about a blog post on why you're anti-mac? I love my mac and ipod, I couldn't live without them!
